This 30 minute consultation call will include us getting to know each other, discussing your fitness needs, solidifying your goals, completing intake forms, and discussing the next steps.

We will then schedule a 45 minute movement analysis via zoom to see how you move, what you are great at, and what areas of opportunity there are to build your training off of.

Your individualized program will be delivered via an easy-to-use mobile app where you are able to see video demos and cues for each movement, track progress, and communicate directly with me regarding any training needs.
