Danielle O’Connor is a certified personal trainer and Pain-Free Performance Specialist with a deep passion for helping women build strong, sustainable, and joy-filled lifestyles. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a certificate in Athletic Healthcare from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Danielle has built her foundation on a wide range of certifications from some of the most respected names in the fitness industry, including the Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification (PPSC) created by Dr. John Rusin. She is certified in Functional Kettlebell Training, Forever Strong, Mobility Training, and more—continually seeking new learning opportunities to stay at the forefront of the evolving health and fitness field.

With over five years of experience, Danielle has worked with women at every stage of life, across diverse backgrounds and wellness goals. Her approach is rooted in injury prevention, empowerment, and long-term wellness—supporting her clients as they build strength, move pain-free, improve recovery, and embrace a holistic, proactive approach to health.

At the heart of Danielle’s mission is the desire to integrate fitness, nutrition, and faith. She recognizes a disconnect between Christian values and physical health and is passionate about helping women align their wellness journeys with the purpose God has uniquely designed for them—bridging body, mind, and spirit in pursuit of a vibrant, purpose-filled life.

Danielle lives in Madison, Wisconsin with her husband, Jonah O’Connor. Together, they enjoy outdoor walks, coffee shop Bible studies, and hosting friends for dinner and meaningful conversation. As of recently, you can catch them either getting in a workout, playing pickleball, or enjoying a sweet treat from a local ice cream shop.
